A thought on HAARP, Is there a possibilty that we may misunderstand it?

Maybe haarp isnt actually not somthing being broadcasted, maybe it is natural earth energy readings being recieved. Just a thought. Maybe these frequency readings are actually a natural occurring event? Just a thought on it is all. Would appreciate some opinions, this is very intriguing to me.
