Pic of the AR with the 30 round mag and no sling has me scratching my head. According to reports, and correct me if the story has changed, he first shot into the ceiling with the shotgun, moved to the AR til the 100 drum jammed on him, then used the Glock.

If he used the Remington 870 first, which weighs about 8 lbs loaded, how did he carry the AR AND 100 ROUNDS of .223 without a sling? Up his ass?

Interesting thread. I got some crazy scenario in my head now where Holmes uncovered some insane plot by multiple shooters to murder a lot if people in a cinema, and decided nobody would believe him so he'd have to stop them himself. Gets gear, loads up his apartment so if the guys in the conspiracy come looking for him there they get a big shock. Heads to the cinema, catches one of the fuckers outside and blasts him, guy runs back in and masquarades as a victim. Holmes sits unbelieving in his car as he recognises it was all a clever set up from the start, because the shooter was dressed to look just like him.

Lol, pretty good film plot right there.

Edit. Would also explain him setting up explosives at his apartment but then telling the police because he didn't want them hurt.

I should write a novel! haha

You're on to something good there with that plot... somebody will obviously write the novel; hell of a twist at the end when he sits down to rest from protecting the audience of the theatre and is arrested for murder, thrown on the ground, cuffed, and dragged away. Last scene is a flashback to his childhood and the "Muffin Man" of MK-Ultra programming when he was 8...

I still cannot understand why on earth the police did not secure the perimeter with firepower? Isn't that a part of the procedure in shootings, etc?

If the perimeter was secure the man who was "fleeing" would have been caught!

not much of a surprise. Any time i request the turret tape (aka dispatch tape) in cases I work on, 99% of the time it is different than what they offically allege!

so is this more the norm than being unusual??

Did anyone see that the passenger side windows of the car were broken out..I saw a picture of lots of things tagged outside on the side walk. Something was tagged by the passenger side door and on the hood too. Almost looks like someone was shooting back towards the theater and shot the car windows out too. I saw the pics on the Denver Post.

This audio file is not complete and has clearly been censored…and at a very curious point in the exchange of information between police and dispatchers.

Specifically, the audio between 2:00:35 to 2:01:04 was duplicated and repeated. In other words, 30 seconds of audio was actually replaced with the duplicated portion.

I trimmed out the the two repeating sections of audio and separated the left and right channels so that it's easier to hear the information that's being exchanged. On the left channel, information about compiling the victims names and their corresponding hospitals is discussed. However, on the right channel, police are asking for bomb sniffing dogs to be sent to a white SUV.

Then this entire section repeats.

FYI, I caught this anomaly because it was the second time I could have sworn I heard sections of the audio repeated while I was listening to the full file. Anyone that has the time to go back through to look for other edits, please do so!

At 1:06 min the police cleary state "we need to clear the suspects car with the body in it". Who's body is this? Again does this explain the blood trail?

This is both the raw feed for Aurora Police and Aurora Fire
They clearly state witness are claiming a second SHOOTER!
They give full description and give pursuit.
Why was this covered up and dismissed?

approx 3 hours of audio, if you wear headphones the police and fire department are separated between left and right channels

This furthers my following theory:

2 Shooters, both "brainwashed" to carry out a job.

However, James was resistant, and had a moment of consciousness and fought his "mind control" and accomplice, which could explain the blood splatters leading out/back into the theater.

We know no one in there right mind would exit such a scene then go back (victims wise). The only people I could think that would do that are the shooters, but why would a wounded one go back? To finish his end of the job which was to also wipe James out. For all we know the accomplice could have been either another average joe, or a CIA psyop lookover who attended to make sure everything went accordingly.

Again, why would you go back? Only people who would do that are the assailants. This could be why we have not "found" or heard of the second shooter yet.

Then again, one person who had balls to go in and try and stop the massacre after getting shot may be the answer but I am doubtful considering how passive the entire audience seems to be from the reports.
