The police could have also been chasing the REAL shooters, but they could easily disappear with the assistance of more trained killers. Then the police may have been called off by FBI or CIA.... and this could explain the officers wanting to talk via cell phone and not over the their radioes.

The police in the audio at the time in the clip in the OP says specifically that "Talking to people, thinking it's possible that there is a second shooter."

In the situational FOG talking to shocked people they THOUGHT it was POSSIBLE there may have been a second shooter.
Easy to imagine if you are in the other teater and high power rile rounds are shooting through the walls into your theater that there could have also been a second shooter.
This is easily dismissed.

This is not "Clearly states second shooter". Listen for yourself people.

If you have a specific time in the audio where it actually states that there IS a second shooter, why did you not put that in the OP? You posted the time where speculation was made in the OP.

I will keep the BS flag flying until you can provide a time in the clip where the audio says that there IS a second shooter.

2 shooters, 2 x AR-15, 1 inside with 100 round drum, 1 with regular clip just outside the door.

Both shooters took off running while Holmes stayed and took the fall.

The file is about 30 minutes of mostly silence. Does anyone have the full version uploaded somewhere?

To whom does the black clothing at the back of Theater 9 belong? The guy in the white and blue shirt? The guy carrying the red backpack...heading towards Alameda? It wouldn't be Holmes' clothing because he was still wearing his black clothes and armor when taken into custody.
