I agree that two men on foot with backpacks leaving a movie theater at midnight is definitely curious. Apparently the construction workers and the police thought so, too.

I've been listening for several minutes now, starting at 28:00 and there is NO MENTION of TWO shooters.

The ONLY thing they say is "suspect in a gas mask..." and one time they say "possible shooter in blue & white plaid shirt.."

Then one of the cops says "I'm getting conflicting reports of more than one shooter."

ONE THING THAT YOU HEAR CLEARLY AND REPEATEDLY is that the cops have MULTIPLE BLEEDING VICTIMS (SPECIFICALLY THEY EVEN MENTION A CHILD) OUTSIDE THE BACK DOOR OF THEATER NINE.

So that Thomas Brinkley asshole on Youtube needs to STFU with his stupid videos of someone "bleeding going INTO the theater." WHat bunch of horseshit.

For whatever reason I am not able to listen to this. I go to the link and it shuts off.

Bummer..

But one of the scary parts of this whole thing is that there may be a killer walking around free.

Police Chief states in the first press conference that:

This event began at -- 0039.

So 39 minutes after midnight the first calls came to 911.


from their first call to his apprehension was about a min to a min & 1/2.

(Later he says a min & 1/2 to 2 min..)

goes on to say we often have off duty police officers working at that theater but they were not working that night..


We are not looking for any other suspects we are confident.

No, that is not what I am saying.

If you would listen to the recording, early on, maybe around the 30:00 mark the dispatcher says "employees say shooting still happening inside theater 9."

Then at some point shortly after that, you hear the first officers report on arriving at the back door entrance to the theater. THEY ASK FOR GAS MASKS AND REPORT GAS. So, apparently they have not yet entered. BUT - none of hem report any shots fired. So, obviously Holmes has already finished shooting and WALKED OUT BEFORE THEY GO IN.

There were reports that the cops mistakenly thought Holmes was a SWAT officer because of the way he was dressed, but they realized that SWAT couldn't have gotten there sooner than they did. SO, I would imagine it is TRUE that Holmes walked out and sat down. And at that point some cop probably walked up to him and said who the hell are you? or whatever - and realized he was the shooter.

The cops CLEARLY WARN EACH OTHER ON THE TAPE TO LOOK OUT FOR THE GUNS ON THE GROUND AND THE FLOOR OF THE THEATER!

So, apparently, Holmes stopped shooting for whatever reason (jammed gun, who knows?) and WENT OUTSIDE.

HE NEVER PUT UP A FIGHT AND HE DIDN'T BRANDISH A WEAPON AT THEM OR THEY WOULD HAVE OBVIOUSLY SHOT HIM.

It isn't complicated.

Then she clearly says "keep the media away from them".

Maybe, Handler in #8, shooter in #9, James (the patsy) sitting outside ready to be given the crazy juice so he starts acting like their prime suspect...handler and shooter either got away early or blended in with the crowd and went through processing all calm, cool, and collected and were let go after "debriefing".

Who wears back packs to theaters after midnight?

Pic of the AR with the 30 round mag and no sling has me scratching my head. According to reports, and correct me if the story has changed, he first shot into the ceiling with the shotgun, moved to the AR til the 100 drum jammed on him, then used the Glock.

If he used the Remington 870 first, which weighs about 8 lbs loaded, how did he carry the AR AND 100 ROUNDS of .223 without a sling? Up his ass?

Eighteenth Judicial District Attorney Carol Chambers told the Associated Press on Monday her office is considering pursuing the death penalty against Holmes. She said a decision will be made in consultation with victims' families. Something like this could make sense....

TPTB dope up some outkast "weirdo" kid that stands out and that everyone already believes to be crazy.

Have one or two or however many special operatives dress up the alleged shooter, with gas mask, and all the other stuff that is to be used as evidence against him.

have someone else drive to the theater, drop off of alleged shooter, maybe escort him somehow near the room this takes place, while operative/trained killers tear gas the place and start shooting, then leave the place when all the commotion is happening.

During all of this the alleged shooter may be somewhat coming out of doped up fog, but still all fucked up, and in a gas mask with a weapon, he hears to gun fire and commotion, and either thinks that he is in a video game, or maybe starts firing weapon out of fear.

The police then arrest alleged shooter quickly, because he looks to be the most likely person responsible for this, he gets detained and another operative dopes him up really good again and continues to do so.

The police, at least the majority of them have no idea of the sinister plot behind this, but some high ranking officers may have been complicit in all of this.

Just brainstorming a bit. Sorry if this is incoherent, maybe some could clean up the hypothetical I just gave a bit and build on it, articulate better and re post wherever.
