Strange Case: Federal agents appeal for help in identifying mystery teen 'in serious danger' in chilling video

He lives in Minnesota.

He was born in Minnesota.

He has been on vacation to Minnesota.

His favorite sports team is from Minnesota.

His grandparents or other close family members live in Minnesota.

He used to live in Minnesota, but he now lives (or is being held captive) elsewhere.

If he used to live in Minnesota and he now lives elsewhere, because this newstory appeared in a UK publication, perhaps there is a fair likelihood that he is now living (or being held captive) somewhere in the UK.

The closest part of the UK to Minnesota is Canada.

The closest provinces of Canada to Minnesota are Ontario and Manitoba.

Ontario shares a much longer border with Minnesota as well as the shoreline of Lake Superior.

It is much more likely for a boy that is being held captive to come to the attention of law enforcement authorities than a boy who is free to come and go as he pleases.

The facial characteristics of the boy in the pictures indicate that he is at "that awkward age" which coincides with a boy transitioning from boyhood to youth. He appears "odd" because his head and facial features are in the process of growing. This is because he is going through puberty and experiencing his first real heighth and girth growth spurt.

So, what is our initial working hypothesis?

A 13- or 14-year-old American male who was removed from his school in Minnesota is being held against his will in the Canadian province of Ontario.

Assuming no child fitting the above description has been reported missing, the authorities could start to determine the boy's identity by checking with elementary and middle schools in Minnesota to find out the names of boys who have been taken out of school by their parents or guardians for any number of reasons.

The schools would also be in a position to provide a recent (no more than one year old) "school" photograph of each of the boys that they tell authorities have been taken out of school.

Then, the names on the list of boys who have been taken out of school could be investigated to find out where each boy is now attending school instead. The well being of any boy from this list who has not been enrolled in another school or is now being homeschooled should be verified.

The boys who have not been enrolled in a new school or are being homeschooled could be further narrowed down by checking for which of them have any Canadian family connections. Having one or more Canadian family connection(s) could increase the likelihood of the boy being the boy in the pictures.

Thirteen or 14-year-old boys who were taken out of school in Minnesota, were not re-enrolled in a new school, have Canadian family connections, and their photo resembles the boy in the pictures would garner further investigation. The first physical places to search would be at the addresses of their Canadian family connection(s).

His features kind of look like Fetal Alcohol Syndrome.

Yes they do, well spotted.

I don't think that its fetal alcohol syndrome, my daughter had to do a paper on that in school, and we looked at alot of children born to that, they not only have the seperated eyes, but that little area right in the middle of the upper lip between the nose and the lip isn't defined in a FAB, but in the boy in the pictures, it is defined, if that makes any sense.

I get the feeling that this boy isn't in trouble where he's being held, I think he's in danger from the people looking for him. I don't know how to explain why I "feel" that way, but very strong feeling.

Is it this kid?? Looks the same but older?
