Any insight into a past life/lives of mine Sandi_T? Also was wondering if one carries certain gifts through different incarnations. Like your gift of seeing, have you had that in multiple lives? Thank you so much! I always enjoy reading your insights!

Oh, and to answer this... sometimes yes, people can carry gifts over multiple lifetimes. Not always. And sometimes people can develop new ones or relinquish old ones.

My own gifts are unique to this lifetime in the level, intensity, and number of them. However, before someone gets his or her knickers in a twist and says I'm being arrogant, I think it's important to remember that I've experienced unprecedented suffering in this lifetime... and to some degree, part of that has been a direct result of the desire of certain types to exploit those gifts. Which is hardly a reason for arrogance or self-congratulation!

you don't sound arrogant. Do you know what past lives of yours led to this one, or does it not always work that way. still not sure of what to to think about the past life stuff, as it certainly seems a great way of keeping many in the world accepting their lot in life. One only has to go to india and see the slums and how they accept it as having something to do with past life and karma.

Sandi T, I am sorry I did not respond back to you earlier. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of your help.

I was the person you read with the marionette and gypsy incarnations..

I got IP banned and I'm hoping to reverse it, but maybe it won't. :( I read a whole lot more than I post.. I'm quiet..

I'm only on here temporarily on another computer, but it's only for today...

I would love to still get in touch to your response.. please reach me at [email protected]

I was outside have a smoke under a few very tall pines and a squirrel fell out of the tree, landed two feet from me and was knocked out unconscious. 30 seconds later he woke up and ran away.

Great thread OP!!!

Hi Sandy_T, I know we have been abusing your gift, but I would also like to ask you for a reading, to kind of understand why things are as they are.

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1063196

Dying in the darkness, alone and afraid. Your legs are trapped by massive boulder and you know that there's no hope for you. Yet you cling to it as your awareness comes and goes. Shock has set in and you are in constant pain, though it seems distant now, like the faint roaring of a far-away storm.

In the darkness, you begin to see things; things that can't be there. First the hallucinations are frightening, but then as death comes nearer, you begin to see flashes of memories from your life. Your childhood, the waters of the cove... memories both dark and joyful.

Yet as your mind begins to slip away, the hallucinations take on full force, spinning into dark fantasies. The only part of you still clinging to your human awareness recognizes that this is the result of drugs of some kind, and fears that this may be your eternal life... drugged like this, incoherent, out of control... alone. Death, then, must be deeply terrifying.

* * * *

It's dark again. This time it's the cataracts on your eyes that shield you from all recognition of the world. Tiny spots swim before your eyes, distant and distorted.

In the background, your children speak. They believe you dead, and for certain your heartbeat has ceased. But there is still part of you Aware, and it is this part that hears their harsh words... they are glad to see you gone, and already arguing over their inheritance.

Your heart breaks as you wonder... all of these years of hard work to ensure the joyful future of your children, and this is the end? This is all there is? Fighting and arguing over the money, bitterness at you?

Why? Why can't they see the love you gave in working to ensure their futures? Why do they care so much more for the money than for each other?

The distant pinpoints of light are fading now, and by the grace of God, so are their voices... beloved voices raised in bitter internal warfare. As you die, you feel so very old and tired and it all feels so meaningless.

The gifts we give are given in love. Sometimes that is not recognized or understood. The true hope is to find the love for yourself, for having given the gifts... not assessing the value of the gift by the reception it gets; but rather by the love with which you gave it.

Re: What is the absolute strangest thing that you have ever seen that no one else could POSSIBLY beleive?
Thread: Anyone else ever felt like this???

I was dreaming this morning of my niece (who is married) & this guy she sleeping with (not her husband) - the hubby wasn't in this dream.
They were at my place being all lovey dovey & there was alot of people coming & going & I got the impression it was survival time??
My niece left the room & I said something to the young fella she'd been with & he turned around & said something really nasty (can't remember what) & I told him to get out of my house. He refused & when I asked him again the response was he was going to walk over the bridge get (named a couple of thuggish sounding names) & bring them back to club me in the head.
Now is where it gets weird

I looked at him & told him "you shouldn't have said that" & then I started vibrating ALL over my body & it was as though I had electricity all over me (felt like pins & needles from head to foot), thing is I woke up & THIS WAS STILL HAPPENING!! It was a though if you were to look at me I was vibrating that much I would have been blurry???

It's really hard to explain but it freaked me the hell out! Had anyone got an explanation? Before anyone asks no drugs or alcohol involved at all.

So I have been going back over this for quite some time & realise the girl in my 'dream' was not my niece (I only took it to be her because of the white blonde hair) but I now realise she has been dying her hair dark for years & the girl in my dream was a teenager & my niece is almost 24 & very happily married.

When the guy starts talking about musical notes, and the bands that hold the notes... that is what I was shown while I was dead!

And there are so many more notes and colors than we have names for or are able to hear or see!

The universe really IS music, and color, and so much more!

I awoke this morning thinking about the slave on a ship that loved his master and they were reincarnated as mother and son. Your gift has captured my imagination.

May I have a reading when you get a chance? (If you're not getting overwhelmed)

Thank you!
 Quoting: Aiden 13914728

It isn't that. You've always been told that it's your problem, your mistake, your error. It isn't that.

You've misunderstood the message.

It is your responsibility. This is spiritual truth.

But when I had my daughter, it was not my fault. It was not my mistake. It was not my problem, my error, or my foolishness.

She is my responsibility.

You must begin to understand the difference, and realize where you've let the creeping sense of unworthiness take you over.

You've let responsibility become fault.

On this Earth, you have come to take on many responsibilities in this lifetime. Often I speak of other lifetimes and they impact this one, but this time, you are here to be responsible for so very, very much. So many lives, so many feelings, so much on your shoulders.

And you do not understand that sometimes, you don't suffer these responsibilities as PUNISHMENT. Sometimes they are things that you do for others. Have you ever considered that this is the way that you love? That by taking responsibility for others, it isn't a punishment of you, but rather a love that you have offered?

Greater love has no one but to lay down his or her life for another... and yet still live that life!!

Every day I care for my child. I care for my husband. I care for my cat.

Dear one, this is not a punishment. It is a giving, a sharing, of love.

Do not cry out, 'what have I done to be punished?', for the answer to such question is simple: "Nothing."

You are responsible. You cannot hide from that simple truth. But responsibility is not synonymous with fault.

You need no answers from the past, and not even to your questions. You are asking the wrong questions.

Thank God every day for the responsibilities that you have, and one day you will realize that there can be joy in it. When you cease to see it as punishment and begin to see it as a gift and a sacred, fundamental responsibility, you will know the joy that comes of being the conduit for love.

It is a sacred responsibility, not punishment.

Not punishment.

Not punishment!
 Quoting: Sandi_T

Not what I was expecting, but it does strike a chord. I'm not entirely sure I understand but will keep trying. I definitely have a better grip on it now, after reading it a few times than I did last night.

Thank you for taking time on Independence Day to give me a reading!

What a gift you have! I find it so intriguing! I would love to have this ability. Thank you for all your energy. I was wondering if you can see anything about my past lives if you have time? Thank you! hf
 Quoting: Niceworkthere

Cold gray light filters in through the high window as the shutters stand open to the cold dawn air. Your family are all dead, and the light no longer brings you peace. If anything, there is only misery that they are not here to see it with you.

You look out the door, unseeing and uncaring. A rat skitters across the floor. There are so many now that nothing seems to curb them--or scare them.

And they have taken your family. Only you survived the plague, and now you can only sit and wonder why. Why bother? Why did God take them?

It's against your religious beliefs to take your own life. You will burn in hell forever. The murder of the self, you believe, is still a murder of something that belongs not to you, but to God.

Yet you can't bring yourself to care. If God had loved you as they claim, you wouldn't sit cold and alone in this forsaken hut beside the dirty waters of the Thames.

You stand up and walk over to the door, then out and into the water. You never did learn to swim, and you're not going to now.

Fear overtakes you as you die, and you want to change your mind now. But you knew intellectually that it would happen, so you chose to kill yourself in a way that would be definite and final.

And it is. Yet as you die, you feel you failed your family. You failed to keep them safe and you failed to survive to be in heaven with them. To live what felt like eternity without them so that you could live eternity with them.

If you could do it over again, you think to yourself, you wouldn't fail them again. You'd be stronger. You'd be better. But as you sink below the waves, you know it's too late. Far too late.

Even if you lived, you aren't guaranteed to go to heaven, and that belief trails you into death and brings with it a sense of deep unworthiness and shame.

Re: What is the absolute strangest thing that you have ever seen that no one else could POSSIBLY beleive?
Strangest thing I ever saw -

I was seven, maybe eight. Woke up and had to go to the bathroom. Always had a light on in the bathroom that I could see under my bedroom door. Saw the light fade and heard the bathroom door shut, either mom or dad had got in the bathroom before me.

Suddenly, in the corner of my room, a brilliant green ball of light, about the size of a softball. Such a bright green, it's amazing to think that I was looking at it and it wasn't hurting my eyes.

BOOM! The light races towards my bed, hits it, and all of a sudden my bed is shaking like I'm in an earthquake. I start screaming for help and, as my mom rushes in my room to see what's wrong, my bed hits the floor HARD and stops shaking, green light no where to be seen.

Later in life, I learned that my parents had three incidents of having what they referred to as "ball lightning" in the house. This was the same house.

I still get freaked out thinking about this...

Okay, I have a few more to finish up here that were asked before the cutoff.

I've been feeling 'under pressure' for the last few days, since a lot has been going on in RL as well as these many requests. I get overwhelmed easily on this kind of thing.

Anyway, I will do a few today, and will try to keep working my way along until the cutoff occurred.

I apologize to those having to wait, but I thank you for your patience and understanding. It helps a lot to alleviate the sense of pressure when you aren't asking "where's mine" every couple of posts, so my gratitude is sincere.

Hi Sandi_T,

When you have the chance, I'd love to read what you can see with me. Thanks much!
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 9577735

There are chariots everywhere. The battle is intense, but you are no part of it. All you are to do is drive. And drive you do, for you are one of the best. The horses listen to you almost as if they are an extension of you.

You pull around a tight corner, cutting off the fleeing foot troops of the other Egyptian army. Behind you, you see another chariot break from the pack and come for you. On the platform, the two men riding with you are shooting arrows into the horde of foot soldiers.

But you must be free from the other charioteers. Unfortunately, horses are precious and there is an unspoken understanding that you never harm them. This leaves the other driver protected by the beasts, and the clash will be uncertain in its outcome.

Seeing a formation of stone ahead, you steer the rushing stallions towards it. Along amongst the charioteers, you drive only stallions, and these are the finest in the stables. You can and will lose the trailing charioteer in the stone formations, you know, so you push the stallions hard.

They blaze across the sand, sometimes dodging scrub, but still making good time.

Until one of them stumbles and falls headlong to the ground. You sail over their heads as the horses mesh into one another, tripping and falling over the fallen beast.

Blood dripping from your head, your vision fading in and out, you crawl over to witness the greatest perfidy imaginable. An arrow protrudes from the stallion's side, its fletching dripping with blood.

It is a staggering betrayal, not only of your people, but of the art of war itself. Such things are not done, they are not honorable, they are not noble, and they are considered the height of true dishonor.

Another arrow finds you as you cut the other three stallions free. They flee, dragging harness. To your horror, you watch as they are shot down, too.

Darkness comes as your precious stallions die, and you hope only that they will be sent with you to the afterlife.

* * * *

Well, you've finally done with horses. This time you're the houndsman, and 'tis a hunt this fine morning. The fox has been loosed and you are riding your cob with the hounds at your feet.

They're your pride and joy, they are. Fine specimens, one and all. Tall and lean, they're built for speed. Then, of course, there are the terriers, too. They won't keep up with the swifter hounds, but when they reach them, they'll dig the little bastard out, they will.

Yes, indeed. A fine day for a hunt, and you've had less tipple than usual. The horn sounds and the hounds are away. Your choppy-gaited cob sets off after them, and you're pleased that you'll have little need for jumping today. It's good to be the houndsman.

When you reach the bush, you jump down, barely taking time to wrap the reins around a low branch so the beast can occupy himself.

There, the hounds have driven the fox to his hole and the terriers are digging madly, their little feet spraying dirt.

The Lord and his henchmen have already arrived, they being on proper Hunters and all that. But you're the real star today, because these dogs are your pride and joy, and it's your first run with the proper Lord.

So you're not expecting it as you make your way towards the mound the hounds are digging in when the boar rushes from the trees. He's on you in a second, goring you before you know he's there.

Yet then, the worst thing you can imagine happens. He's on your sweet, loving hounds, throwing the beasts like so many matchsticks. Their cries of pain and alarm chase you into darkness.

* * * *

You're here in the service of the animals... and they are here in service to humans. Loving them is loving all, for we are entangled upon this world. Do not trouble your heart when they pass on, for they always return to you. As those stallions lay at your knee thousands of years later, so do your pets return in this lifetime, too. Like us, they never truly die.

Hi Sandi.

I would love a reading and insight into my path. I know you are offering your wonderful gift, but maybe there is something I can do in return for you? I read your story on another thread a while back and know you have been through a lot, so your generousity hf here is simply amazing and inspiring.

So the first thing that comes to mind here is that you've been repeatedly killed for the same thing... heresy of one kind or another.

Once, you were Pope... strangled for heresy... ostensibly. Really to make room for another Pope. But hey, Popes aren't political, right?

* * * *

Another lifetime you are executed for heresy when you refused to send your daughter to become a nun. You knew well that the nuns were being raped by the priests and refused to send her.

* * * *

You were executed for heresy for being a Hindu who arrived in Muslim lands. As a non-muslim who could not pay your tax, you were found guilty of heresy to your religion and stoned.

* * * *

It's interesting, this recurring theme of heresy that... wasn't really heresy at all. Always devout yet never so according to the common dictates. As if you always pay the price for having morals....

I'm a pilot. One night I was flying around the central Texas area. A white light high above my aircraft caught my eye. It wasn't super bright, but bright enough to get my attention. It was flashing on and off. It would stay on for about a second and a half then off about the same. It was stationary and it flashed about 5 or 6 times, then it was gone. I know it doesn't sound like much, but get this, the next day there were all these reports of UFO sightings in Stephenville, Tx.

Hi Sandi_T,

When you have the chance, I'd love to read what you can see with me. Thanks much!

Hi OP and Sandi T
Thanks for a great thread. Sandi T, You have contributed with extreme unselfishness so far so I feel troubled in asking you for a reading. I have many good reasons for asking and hope you will give me a little of your precious time, I would be immensly grateful.

I have had experiences in this life relating to OP's post which I will tell later.

TRhanks in advance Sandi T.

Well, yours is simple, yet very heavy. You are no stranger to human experience... and yet you are. You've been here since the earliest roots of humanity. Before time began and histories were being made, you were in service to this planet and those upon it.

You walk a fine line in this incarnation. You have been a guide (guardian angel) many times. You have helped and supported and given peace and hope to thousands upon thousands of souls while they stood in this dark place.

You never wanted to come here and do this yourself, for you felt yourself best equipped to support others. Your place was not amongst those most elite of the elite, but behind or beside. To enter into the world was both a frightening idea and yet one that you saw yourself as not able to survive.

This is a heavy karmic overlay for you. You are relatively young in terms of direct human experience. This makes things hard for you because there are so many things others just seem able to automatically do, while to you they make little to no sense.

You still want to live your past experiences as protector and servant. This is your comfort zone and you are surrounded by those who, from a spiritual perspective, are so much larger than you, so much more developed.

What you fail to understand is that your work was work, too. Just as valid, just as necessary, and just as meaningful.

You do not need to fit in here, for you came to be an angel amongst men. Some will entertain you unawares... it is the secret you cannot accept. You don't understand what angels really are, and so you can't accept that part of you that keeps whispering that you KNOW that experience.

For you find yourself pulled in two directions... you feel not good enough to be human... and yet your human self feels not good enough to be an angel.

To your duel nature, each of the other 'half' seems to be the better half, and neither half wants to be accepted as the better half!

Perspective is a funny thing.

Hi Sandi.

I would love a reading and insight into my path. I know you are offering your wonderful gift, but maybe there is something I can do in return for you? I read your story on another thread a while back and know you have been through a lot, so your generousity hf here is simply amazing and inspiring.

thank you

There's nothing I need in return. Thank you kindly for thinking of it.

So the first thing that comes to mind here is that you've been repeatedly killed for the same thing... heresy of one kind or another.

Once, you were Pope... strangled for heresy... ostensibly. Really to make room for another Pope. But hey, Popes aren't political, right?

* * * *

Another lifetime you are executed for heresy when you refused to send your daughter to become a nun. You knew well that the nuns were being raped by the priests and refused to send her.

* * * *

You were executed for heresy for being a Hindu who arrived in Muslim lands. As a non-muslim who could not pay your tax, you were found guilty of heresy to your religion and stoned.

* * * *

It's interesting, this recurring theme of heresy that... wasn't really heresy at all. Always devout yet never so according to the common dictates. As if you always pay the price for having morals....

Wow Sandi, Thank you. I don't know why, but as I read what you wrote I started shaking a bit, I still am. If you can, and understand totally if you can't, how do you think this may play out in my life now and what I could do to take those past experience, avoid the noose, so to speak this time, and use them in a positive way. Wow I can barely type this I am shaking so much.

My soul.
I seem to have nightmares while I'm daydreaming.
