Constitution and Republic are Dead

I propose to you that Herr Bush is correct: The Constitution and Bill of Rights are as effective as yet-unused wet toilet paper!

The Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Republic have especially been defunct since March/April of 1861 when The Congress collapsed in "Sine Die" when the Southern secessionists walked out. Lincoln became a dictator and issued the first Executive Order; every President since has operated these united states as any CEO should command any corporation. The Congress is paper-tiger dressing in this monstrous Puppet show sham government.

The Republic, once called United States, went in the way of the Dodo bird, similar to how the ancient Maritime Republic of Venice was undermined and became a subsidiary corporation in a Plutocracy. Especially in 1861 did The Constitution, Bill of Rights and Republic cease to exist.

What effectively happened is these so-called united states reverted to control by the original land owners. Furthermore, the united states have been under an uninterrupted condition of Martial Law decreed by the sovereign power of the foreign owner and which is enforced by a secret continuous Military Junta that is loyal to the sovereign owner. The Government (both Administration and Congress) is pure theatre for public consumption. The Anhappy_bunnyhile elite know the true structure of these united states.

The antics of Herr Bush a couple of years back illustrates this point. When he held a match to a facsimile of The Constitution and said, 'things would be easier if The Constitution was dead and I was a dictator', he was having a private joke very publicly at the expense of ignorant Americans. His charade spelled-out the aforementioned fact that The Constitution and Republic is very dead and that Der Fuhrer actually operates these united states under corporate or commercial laws.
