The first part of the 'two suns' you are experiencing now. The first sun represents this brand of physicality (what you call the waking world).

The second sun is a new kind of physicality. You have all ways had this (in your dreams) but this new sun represents integrating your dream world with your waking world.

The merging of the two suns, so to speak. Many of you have been experiencing the effects of X integrating with your world.

Choal, I'm fortunate in the sense I "remember my dreams" way more than most. They are my favorite experiences. In the most intense ones I am with my group soul Re or Ray.

The problem I have is that I have such a hard time falling asleep! Is there any key or something you can recommended to help me fall asleep? I usually have to take ambien or wait until I'm exhausted which causes problems in this waking world when i'm not on a schedule like everyone else.

I have a good diet if it matters.

When you lay down to sleep, are you thinking about your day, planning, analyzing, or something similar?

Are you thinking differently when you want to sleep than you are when you want to be alert?

When you mean that time is flexible and that the past and present futures are just perceptions to each and one of us, does it mean that I can sleep right now and meet you? Time traveling in a way, but not really? What is really?

So what is the symbol? why i think its something with sun or merkaba?

In dreams we have auto translator, so dont worry :)
One time have lucid dream with something like yoda like alien and his language was translated in slow motion with a little bit delay but it was fine, could be like movie with 2 sound tracks, translation on top.

Time and space are more about perspective than something that exists without your perspective.

You could say that you create time and space as a means to perceive. They (it) is an illusion. Without it, our experience would not be logical. (Then you would experience everything simultaneously.)

So time and space allow value (or things, experiences) to be logically illustrated for us.

Time and space traveling are just shifts of perspective. The tools that we use to do it (walking, machines, mental tools, etc) make the experience logical for us.

Yes.

When you speak you are not speaking words but symbols.

Others can interpret these symbols in their own way. Pets do this often but of course we also have the ability to do this.

Time is that quality of nature which keeps events from happening all at once. Lately it doesn't seem to be working...

It is that all that we perceive as life, this or any other, is created by and for our own personal existence.

Let me clarify, SOLELY for our own personal existence. Those around us only exist because of us, and cease to exist without us.

Then no. We are not the center of the universe.

What is being advanced is something where ego is irrelevant. Why would "our" universe be limited by the definitions spout by our tongue?

Ecsys holds that there is no difference between you and them. It is the same.

It is not a matter of "me" or "you" or "them".

Ecsys does not have the possibility of being true (as what is true is beyond perception). And neither does a perspective.

Chaol, for the last few months I have been getting real bad sleep paralysis and I lose no consciousness between dream state/awake state. Its like if I am in a dream I will start to get real tired(in the dream) and the dream state slowly fades away and before I know it my room that I am sleeping in starts to reappear. What is all this about? I also sleep with a blanket over my eyes so I dunno why I am able to see my room upon wake up with a blanket over my eyes.

Also why would my dreams have a physical touch/weight to them? Like if I see a book in my dream I could pick it up and it has physical weight to it, or if a dog comes and jumps on my lap I could feel the weight of the dog just as I would in this life. Whats this all about? Please tell me

One other thing and this has happened to me a few times. I would be in my dream extremely tired(getting ready to go to sleep in my dream) and these punks probably late teens maybe early 20's just go and slam a door and try to startle me and when they do that they laugh. I will hear the door slam in real life and jump up even though it happens in that dream state. Its very weird.

Also whats this circular white/liquid type of light that I sometimes see at the ceiling upon wake up?
