Thank you all.....even for the 'fuck you' it's GLP and it still made me smile.....

And yes SS, those are really adorable.....life just gets overwhelming sometimes and things have changed so much that it is hard to recognize anything....even myself at times. I just need some help and I'm not even sure what it is that would help at this point ~ but surely there is a higher power than this mortal self that can direct...if I might have ears to hear.

One of the most powerful tools to make the way through is patience. But, it sucks because it is difficult to determine how long it is going to last. I went through about 3 years of rough stuff. Just personal to me, and there was really no one there that could help or do anything for me. Or, maybe there was, but I don't like having help that much.

Anyway, here is another picture that you might like. My older brother works with birds of prey. This is a baby vulture and a baby owl hanging out together, trying to grow up so they can go live in the wild.

Its a strange picture, but beautiful at the same time.

That is a bit comforting knowing that I might "be alone" in the situation...but others have perhaps been in similar situations before......those little birds are adorable and freaky in their own way....maybe I should start looking at these issues as two sided.....almost unbearable but if I can just make it thru them, that is one lesson I might not have to repeat.....AGGGGHHHHH can someone just hand out wisdom...sorry just had to scream.

I don't know what you are going through, but I know what I went through, and it was difficult in the extreme. I just came out of it 'for good' about 2 months ago. I still get 'swings' but they are irrelevant in my mind now.

You'll get through it, it is just a matter of sticking it out, and understanding your surroundings. Notice the differences in your moods, and what may have tripped you up...even slightly. You don't need to dwell on it, you just need to notice it and flow. Like I said, I want through a long stint of it. It was as if I had to find a brand new version of myself, while groping in the dark.

I have had some experiences, yes. I think part of the problem is that it is happening so fast...."issues" multiplying, my emotions on a roller coaster, my 'heart' confused and torn....oh there is so many things.....I can only hold them up for so long until they all fall down on me. I will be back up out of this little 'pit', but I don't want to put a band aid on them, I want them resolved. And, yes, some of my experiences are resolving issues. Patience, just like SS said....I think that is another part of it. But, it's patience with how much is falling down all at once this time. Wow, it's incredible.

Trusting myself is a biggie. Thank you!
