You gonna make every website that comes through a new york isp server to a ny customer install special software to prevent it? Or are they going to form an internet police force to track down anonymous posters and cite them for posting anonymously? Fine them? Make them appear in court? Can you imagine what sort of infrastructure of software and personnel would be required to enforce such a law? So how would glp or any other website be required to appear and function differently in ny state without them having to be somehow modified to comply? The dumbshits that come up with this shit obviously don't use the internet themselves. |
