Did you know? that if you go to your state capital and request a copy of your certificate, that if you dont have ID, your mother can vouch for you as ID and they will give you a copy?

Yes, if he was born in Hawaii then he would be a Native born citizen.

If he was born in Kenya, with the laws at the time, he would have been born a British citizen. His mother could have Naturalized him when she brought him to the US. But if she did not,then he would be an illegal alien.

- The presumption of innocence: one is considered innocent until proven guilty.

One is natural born even if born abroad as long as both parents are natural born citizens , Also if you are born on american soil period you are natural born even if both parents are aliens .
