Quoting: Anonymous Coward 15519065 It went down into the 40's but no frost. I'll check the bark. "Things do not happen. Things are made to happen." John F. Your photos seem to show leaf curl which could mean many different things, but is primarily seen in fresh new growth that is put under heavy stress like wild temperature changes or sudden lack of moisture. |

Hmm. Ok My hydrangea bushes are turning yellow to. These were just the most severe of the pics I have. "Things do not happen. Things are made to happen." John F. I definitely think the ground coverings have a fungal infection. They aren't the greatest pics but it looks like they have bright orange spray paint drips on them. "Things do not happen. Spazz User ID: 1001302 United States 05/04/2012 08:39 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Noticed this burning of the leaves with my bushes last year that left huge bare spots that didn't leaf up until now, almost a whole year later. On that note, the same bushes are dropping leaves all over the place too. Strangest thing. All my plants seem to be struggling the last few years despite plenty of water. Lost the tree in my front yard last year already. Not sure what is going on, my house/indoor plants are doing great though, so it isn't the water. Seems like it is the Sun... |

If I took a picture of every plant in my yard you can see that they are dying. ALL OF THEM. My neighbors plants are dying as well. "Things do not happen. Things are made to happen." John F. Makes sense if you have had recent rains. Take a leaf to a local gardner or garden center and get it identified. If it is rust, get a potent fungicide from the garden center and go to town on everything nearby that might be infected. |
