I watched this documentary last night. It is really well done and well-researched. It even has documents from Frank Marshall Davis's FBI file, which I wonder how the filmmaker, Gilbert, obtained.

Regardless of the physical location of Obama's birth, if Frank M. Davis is his biological father the natural born citizen and eligibility issue is out the window. He would be natural born because both Davis and Ann Dunham are American citizens.

However, Gilbert makes an odd claim in the film. He says Obama was actually born in Seattle (at a home-birth) and that the Granparents Dunham phoned in the birth info to the Dept. of Hawaii Vital Records. But he doesn't really give any evidence to back this up.

The greater value of the film is in the expose of the Communist history and relationships of all the people who surround Obama. He is a generational Communist - of this there is NO doubt. And Gilbert has all the documentation to back up THAT assertion.

The point is that such kind of smears only show what kind of low-lives neo-cons really are. "Numerous documents" proving that Obama's deceased mother "was WORSE than a whore" don't exist.

Why should I cite the previous court rulings??? I cited two recent cases which address the precise issue of the Obama's eligibility. It's not up to me to prove their correctness; they are legal facts.
