This is really just trying to stifle the need to have the natural born citizen clause. They are basically trying to say: "What does it matter who the dad is, beause look: dads can easily turn their children into bastards."

All it is doing is influencing opinion. This is simply damage control. Nonetheless, the reality for them will set in once it is shown that Obama is not the democratic nominee, as his lawyers have had to concede.

C'mon do it! Time is ripe right now, because...

... the credentials of the US president have to be verified before he takes the oath; any member of the Congress can call objections. Once sworn president can be lawfully removed from his office only by the elections or impeachment; read the Article 1 of the US Constitution.

FYI, Obama's legibility has been contested on the US courts almost 200 times. Courts granted standing to plaintiffs at least 5 times (Berg v. Obama, Keyes v. Bowen, Hollister v. Soetoro, Ankeny v. Governor of the State of Indiana, Allen v. Arizona Democratic Party). Let me cite two recent rulings:

As far as I understand it was a ban. Unless you were Muslim the U.S. would not let you fly out of the country to Pakistan if you did not already have a visa, but you could only get a visa after entering Pakistan at the border or at the airport unless you were on a sponsored trip or official business.


Pakistan loved Americans coming in the country; after all we were supplying the war effort.

He went to Indonesia first to visit his mother. From there he went to Pakistan, he then went to India to return home. It was not illegal to go but you were not allowed to fly to Pakistan direct and to avoid questions you return through India.


This circumventing is still done today; people go to Canada then fly to Cuba often.

the ruling was made incorrectly. The United Kingdom was an Empire, and thus it had many foreign subjects. A British "subject" was not the same as British "citizen". Being a British subject certainly has no comparison to what it is to be an American citizen.

Actually, judging from the numerous documents and interviews which I have read, she was WORSE than a whore. A whore has sex for money, to pay bills and survive. Apparently SHE never saw a black Communist dick she didn't like. Or take up any available orifice.

If she actually WAS Obama's mother (which is questionable) she probably, honestly, DIDN'T know who his father was.

Oh, and about that "American" thing? She was 6 months short of being 19 (the age at which citizenship can be passed) when he was born. So, Obama can't even claim to be "American" from his "mother's" side. And since he waved around that phony photoshopped BC in front of the TV cameras and claimed it was official, then his claimed "father", the Kenyan/BRITISH subject, nullifies any claim on THAT side.

So, unless Obama has a sudden "revelation" and admits that Frank Marshall Davis, or Malcolm X (2 among many who are reputed to be his father) is his father, he has no more claim to be American than the Man In The Moon.
