London university considers stopping sale of 'immoral' alcohol on campus because it offends muslim students

I find it offensive to see women damaging their health by keeping their bodies completely covered.

In uk we do not have enough sun to make vit d in the winter from Sept to March .Also if your skin tone is darker it is not so easy to absorb the vit d.

In Cardiff they are seeing children with ricketts which is caused by lack of vit d.We have not had this since Victorian times.This is more important to me than the students drinking.

We have stopped the smoking in public buildings.

Drunken men can be intimidating to women .Now I fear the young women are drinking too much also, may be it would be a good thing but not because the Muslims are upset.That is the wrong reason to do it.Who do they think they are?

The consumption of neither alcohol nor pork is compulsory to anyone living in the UK. Nobody is holding you down and shoving these things down your neck. By the same token, please do not shove your narrow view down anyone else's neck and we'll all get along just fine.

Alcohol shouldn´t be sold at a University Campus anyway. Ridiculous that the reason for that is because of the muslims.

It just seems to me that a University is a place for studies and higher achievements that don´t really go well with alcohol. I´m not a muslim, and I am not for any kind of prohibition, but alcohol is really a serious issue for students today. Just a thought.

The use of the burka in women is offensive to us as well, and stonings, and a long etc. If you don´t want alcohol don´t drink it, but don´t mess in others life.
