Too much sun is bad for some people but it's also inconsistent sun exposure that prevent your level from being in the optimal range. It's catch 22. Just have to be smart about the amount of sun exposure along with vitamin D supplement during the winter.

Look around... why are we relatively hairless compared to mammals? Monkey, apes, etc have a fur. Why don't we have them? Why can't we tolerate cold weather? Makes you wonder...
