Could The Loot-tery Balls Be Green Screen Colored And The Computer Digitally Paints The Losing Numbers Onto Them???

Could the loot-tery be rigged if The lottery balls or where the numbers show up on the balls are painted green screen green and The computer has 30 minutes before the drawing to cipher out the losing numbers and or the lowest paying numbers...Within 30 minutes a computer could easily find whatever numbers haven't been played or 1 number that will pay small and tease the gamblers into playing the lottery again and again....something tells we ,we's numbers wont ever hit big by suggesting this way to rig it every-time,lol...any comments...
