What is being created is a "Cloud Finance" system.

This is how it works.

ALL the finance of the world is kept in 1 place.

Countries will not have their own reserves.

It will be based on trackable transactions (Resources or Services for Cloud Finance access).
A country sells $10 billion worth of resources, but the $10billion remains in the "cloud finance", not in the countries reserves.

Civilian banks will cease to exist.

ALL transactions are contracted, meaning you can't just go and take $1000 out and do anything with it. The transaction/s must be agreed prior to transaction.
eg. You buy groceries, but you can only take a certain amount out AND you can only make the transaction at a particular place, not anywhere.

Every transaction will be monitored for non compliance.

Every deposit will be monitored and accepted or rejected depending on the origins of the finance.
You can't just sell something at home, then take that finance and deposit it into the "cloud finance" system. If the origins of the finance do not comply to the "registered" beneficiaries, it will not be acceptable.

Your "pay" will be registered as "cloud credits". You work so many hours, and will have access to this much "cloud finance".

There won't be any debt's. You want to buy something, you earn your "cloud credits".

There's many many many other control factors of this "cloud finance" system that makes it Totalitarian.

Ultimately, the "cloud finance" system is just an utter fabrication that wants to control exactly what you do in your life, and that's all it's about.
