Look closely... the white girl did clip her foot while she was running. I don't think it was intentional but it would have felt like being tripped.

So what? ...I felt the need to state my observation as there were those on this thread who were commenting that there was no cause and that the girl tripped herself which is not the case.

So excuse me for trying to clarify what actually happened.

She should have called for a tripping penalty instead of reacting that way but sometimes people get wrapped up in the competitive heat of the moment and react badly.

You also don't know what tensions may have built up between those two before this incident.

I don't know.....I wonder how long the aggressor would have continued to punch the victim in the face/head had she not been pulled off by an adult? Would she have beaten her to death?
