U.S. wanted Japan to pay for Marines' relocation to Guam
U.S. wanted Japan to pay for Marines' relocation to Guam

Wallace C. Gregson, former U.S. assistant secretary of defense, made the revelation during a speech at a symposium in Tokyo on March 22. Referring to the 2006 bilateral agreement on the realignment of U.S. forces in Japan, Gregson testified that the accord paired the two separate relocation initiatives so that Japan would foot the cost of the Marines' transfer to Guam.

Under the 2006 accord, it was agreed that Japan will shoulder 6.09 billion dollars and the United States will foot 4.18 billion dollars for the Marines' relocation to Guam. Recently, the two countries have started discussions to separate the two relocations, and the transfer to Guam will be scaled down. However, Washington is poised not to cut back on the amount to be shouldered by Tokyo.

America has been carrying the bill all these years worldwide. America gave up millions of jobs to make Japan prosper. Just look at Detroit. Don't be so cheap and chip in for a change.

How true is your Statement,
look i know many Places in Europe and Asia
where the US hold Bases against the Will
of the native People and nearly everywhere,
the NATO-Countries for example
have to cover more than 100% for a Theory
that is more than Old-Fashioned!

The TPTB-US-Americans used other Countries
for their own Businesses,
first they used Hand-Weapons,
than Cluster- and Firebombs, than Nuclear Bombs
and Agent Orange
and finally Depleted Uranium Ammo
and a so called "Counter-Terrorism"
to destabilize the whole World
and they want that we,
the People who don't want this anymore,
have to pay for their Bs and faked Scenarios!

There is a max. Saturation of Bs
and the Government in and of the USA is very close
to lose one of the best Friends- Japan!

Your are in the wrong paradigm, you act like I'm TPTB or their ally and I have to pay out that ass for everything. Try pointing at the psychopathic elite. They run your country too. Point at them everywhere and attack them.

I think i understand you
but i do not know why the US Army don't want to realize
that the Usus changed?
We are not living in a Post WW2 World anymore!

The whole World is laughing about the Germans who still
pay Billions for Reparation but it is OK to support
a Imperialistic Politic of the US of A.?

But look at the US Bases here in Japan,
they are in the middle of the Towns
and they train their Flight Crew here,
this is very rough for the People,
you cant work in a School on specific Dates
because you have 2 or even 5 Planes a Minute in Formation
or even 25-30 Helicopter flying a planned Attack,
there is no escape from the Military-Apparatus,
we are telling them since the '80 that enough is enough,
please accept our House Rules and train your Crews at Home
and now after a 25 Years old Fight they try
to blackmailed us with their offer to move one, ONE,
Base for this incredible amount of Money,
this is very Rude!
