Welcome back Cutbait  Glad you had a great time in AK. Lots of nice pictures I see. Thanks for posting them here:) I can almost smell the fresh air looking at them. Makes me want to move back. Everything is so much more layed back there. I liked how it did'nt get dark there in the summer. The land of the midnight sun  :gatherstones: Yes, I noticed that even now in Sept. After the sun had completely set, it still took more than a few hours before darkness set in. But I enjoyed the total silence at night on the open tundra, an eerie silence it was.  I might very well retire in AK.
