Some people can handle drugs without it becoming a problem, others cannot. Prohibition of drugs only makes drug use more dangerous, not less.

People don't decide to get addicted to drugs, it sneaks up on you...if you play around with opiates and narcotics , you will become addicted... It's not how addictive a substance is, it's the persons susceptibility to addiction.
