I Have a Tape of the Angels Singing

This cassette tape was recorded from another tape that was also recorded from another tape. Brother William Brannom tells the story about the song.

It was originally recorded in the 1950s. The story goes that a church choir was practicing the singing of the chorus "hallelujah". When it was played back, there was a huge chorus singing with this small church choir.

The tape was taken to a university lab that determined that the voices were too high a pitch for any human, and they didn't seem to need to take a breath.

I recently went to a pawn shop and bought a stereo with a tape player and was going through my old tapes when I found this one. If you have any means to preserve this tape and remove some of the "scratchy background" -- please let me know!
