USA - First country in history to report more male rape victims than female

There is a difference with Stalin: due process and rule of law versus political persecution. I'd love to live in a country were criminals go to jail.

In America, due process and rule of law has been usurped by vested interests and the rule of Profit.

So many 'offenders' are talked into plea bargains, ie admit being guilty and get a 'small' penalty or stand up for your rights (if you can afford it) and risk a HUGE penalty (jail term) if you lose.

I agree, but just because you are sent to jail doesnt mean you should just go nuts and start acting like an animal. I know alot of these men are this way by nature, but I still consider them pathetic and cowards to prey on the weak. Its funny because they claim to be tough and hardcore, but the truth is they are exactly the opposite.

State prison is terrible. Most rape cases happen in state prisons. In state prisons you have to deal with crazy fucking gang bangers, rapists, murderers, vicious killers, yea, those types. In federal prison, there are a few of those types there but they arent as vicious as the ones in state prison. In federal prison, youll deal with bank robbers, basically anyone who commits a federal crime and not a state crime. Id rather be in federal prison for 5 years than state prison for 1 year. No lie. State prison is fucking horrible. I dont wish that on any man. I dont care what you did.

To be honest it's one of many reason I have never visited the US, you hear of horror stories of 'something', going wrong, and find yourself at no fault of your own on the wrong side of the law there, it is not 'kinda' scary to me, it scares the hell out of me to get caught up in such a system there. Hence I go East.

Im working my butt off trying to make some money so i can move out of here. Its my dream to leave the united states and head east. I pray every night that things work out for me so I can leave permanently before the year is over.

It gets worse. Not only is there a direct financial incentive for the police and courts to send people to prison (yes, I'm saying they get kickbacks), now we learn that the forensic labs are coming under pressure to come up with 'evidence' that also sends the guy the cops caught to jail.

As a result, we see lots of innocent people arrested and put into private prisons, simply because it is easier and quicker and MORE PROFITABLE.

Good luck in your endeavours to get out of there. It will be bad everywhere soon, that's my opinion, but yes the US will be the starting point, it's already underway there, get out if you care of your life and liberty.

There are kind people, if you have a good heart, do not be afraid to trust your own, meaning don't wait too long, thinking you need this and that to be able to escape, trust that you will meet kindness and help if you leave not 100% as prepared as you may wish to be. The system makes it hard for you to be that prepared, hence my comment, trust in your heart, and follow your inner conciseness to do what you have to, sooner rather than later.

Thanks for the advice. Im planning on moving to the mountains or some where really rural with lots of trees like a jungle like lush area and building a solar powered house along with having wind turbines on the mountains to power the house. I figured any place with govt is going to be bad. What do you think about that plan? I also plan on stocking up on 30 years worth of food while im up there but only eat when i really need too but most of the time ill be hunting animals. Ive always been a loner, getting married, having a wife and kids have never been part of my plan. What do you think about that idea? Do you think thats pretty safe spot away from tyranny?

So, this is how the human rights are respected in the United States ???

I think the UN should aplly some economical sanctions to this country. Would be even better if the NATO army of peace could do something to bring democracy to these people.

I am so silly, we are talking about United States of America.

One way the inmaets entrap a victim, is when a new guy gets to their unit, they trick them into some type of indebtedness. Such as, loaning them things, offering them protection, sharing food, cigarettes, etc. Then, the unwitting new-guy finds that an unintended debt comes due, the inmate finds he must "pay up with sexual favors" or die. Light skinned, light-eyed, more "feminine" males (or so that's how the others see them) are the choice candidates. When interviewed, many of the inmates who do the raping don't consider themselves to be "gay", as they actually consider the "victims" as if they are "females" to them. Many men will actually willingly submit to taking on a "wife" role to another inmate, after suffering things like gang rape to initiate them (or turn them out)just to have protection, and not be stuck getting gang raped or passed around. Although the "owner" may also "rent" or "loan" the "wife" out to others if they choose, but they don't usually get treated as badly as one who is "on their own". The "wife" inmate is also forced to wait on the rapist, taking care of their needs, making their bed, doing whatever they want, like a slave.

I personally do think it is awful that these animals in there are allowed to do this to others, and a prison sentence turns out to be a lot more than bargained for for these victims. A large number of the victims are also white, because they are a minority in a lot of prisons, and whites often do not stick up for their kind as much as other races do when it comes to these types of issues. The best thing for a new inmate to do is get there, and immediately find the baddest, meanest looking dude and try to beat him down, like you are some kind of maniac. That way, they don't have time to size you up, they see that you already mean business and won't take kindly to becoming a victim.

I just told some of my friends about that "loosh" thing.
They did not care the least, in fact ..
If there is anything to it, how can someone NOT get upset by the thought of being harvested in this or any other way?
