Several people complain about muscle cramps, pinched nerve...anyone had it recently?

Pinched nerves, stiff tendons, and cramping in my left hand and forearm recently... Being a guitarist, that's rather annoying, and I've never had this problem before..

Thumb and fingers going numb in my right hand and forearm. Was happening really bad two days ago.

Chest cramps. Horizontally from mid chest (breastplate) to my side almost to the back of my rib cage. Both sides...? Had it before in the past, rarely. But the past week or so, every day, sometimes multiple times a day. My dad too. Doctor told him it was related to his jaw? Went to dentist and he wanted to pull all his teeth and put new ones in??? WTF??? Not a quack either. Top rated Dr and top dentist in So Cal...

Where are you going with this thought out of curiosity?Any ideas?

Wow...thank you guys for your posts; it seems we have a problem. I have no idea, of the reasons but could be radiation of some kind, or chemtrails, something in the food/water?????

I also feel muscle pain other parts of the body, where I never felt before, and where the pinched nerve does not account for.

yeah my husband has had a pinched nerve in his neck for about a week maybe longer, and stiff back. I have had more pain in my muscles lately. And all our allergies are going nuts

Montana! I have had problems in my hands, feet, shoulders, rib cage, cramping all the time. One of my neighbors has had it too. I think you may be onto something OP. I work outdoors as I ranch, just for some perspective, are all of you outdoors a lot???

A few weeks ago, woke up with an extremely bad pinched nerve under my right shoulder blade that ran up through my neck and shoulder. Was down and out for about 3 days. I do workout intensely with weights 3-4 times a week but had not trained about 4 days prior to this happening. Was a first time and hopefully the last. Hurt like hell.

Have noticed having very dry sinuses in SoCal lately. Not very winterlike at all. Almost like dry summer days even though it isnt that hot.

Radiation? Who knows, we know it out there, but they could be Chemtrailing or dispersing other chemicals to battle the radiation. At least that is my two cents.

Normal! There are two possibilitie:
1. thyroid disorder
2. magnesium leck

Try to find out!
Thyroid disorder can come from radiation, too.
But it can come even by normal way.
Check it, if Hashimoto or Morbus basedow on the way.
The other, when not enough magnesium - many, many people have this problem, so you should feed some magnesium citrat,
constantly some months, then look again.

Heck, i have issues with my legs tendons since last 3-5 months.

and no, never had any issues before and my life is the same.

Somehow I feel relieved, that others have this, too. Magnesium, Calcium, Vitamin D3, Folic Acid, Iodine? Cant hurt to try. Also warm pillow, or a bath like in case of "regular" pinched nerve.

Pinched nerve in neck/shoulder fire like pain running down arm to elbow them stopping. Been going on since Monday night.

Peace to you too, So Cal neighbor. We have this fine dust often in the summer,(that would explain the dry sinuses, that I have too) but you are right not in the winter, especially with all this rain this year.

Not enough of thyroid hormon. Let check your thyroi gland, please!

a few weeks ago, i was work in mud all day with rubber overboots on. after work my legs were cramping very bad. my wife went to town and got l argonine. after about 40 minutes the cramps were gone. the stuff opens up blood vessels or something like that. it worked for me.

Yes... seeing a neurosurgeon.. hands quit working,, arms cramping, general muscle problems all over... when taking Prednesone all symptoms seem to disappear but knowing it is not good to take it over a prolonged time, I am seeking a solution... I don't want surgery.. I know it has something to do with the inflamation of the spiinal cords and nerves... so what is a good way to keep it from being inflamed? ibuprofen and aleve have no noticeable affect on it... only Prednesone...
