Employees to face "Term Limits" at casino...
"A new casino set to open in Atlantic City, N.J., has announced it will set term limits for its front-line staff. When employees' terms run out, they'll have to go through the hiring process again. The casino says the policy will keep its service fresh. Others say the company is taking advantage of a tough job market."

[link to m.npr.org]

This will catch on at more companies and become a trend. The future is here and it sucks.
"What you have just said, is the most insanely idiotic thing I have ever heard. At no point, in your rambling incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul."

the policy will ultimately “attract the most highly professional people who are inspired by a highly competitive work environment.

Would you want unprofessinal people working for you?

Maybe somebody who could spell correctly would be nice. This is merely a tactic to drive down wages. Dumbass.

I wish. That will never happen. There is a better chance that Ron Paul is declared Queen of England, than Congress passing term limits on it's own members.

Seems like a carefully crafted way to create TEMPORARY WORKERS and not have to pay them standard benefits.
Technically, what they created was CONTRACT employees.
....therefore not subject to FULL TIME status....or bennies.

Learn about teachers unions. It has nothing to do with their pay, and everything to do with not being able to fire horrible teachers.

LOL, your thread was about term limits. So I was saying teachers should at least be held accountable for their horrible performance.

If you had made a thread about investment banking I would of replied with something about investment banking.

Our educational system is being destroyed piece by piece, and that is a major problem many districts face, the inability to fire a bad teacher.

So since you started a thread about term limits regarding employment, that topic is very relevant.
