I know of ways to combat the aluminum and barium from your body as well as reported fungi that gets in your lungs.

For aluminum, since it is one of few heavy metals that can pass the blood-brain barrier, any fish oil omega-3 will help your brain push it out through your hair. I found krill oil capsules work best.

Barium depletes the body of potassium, so taking potassium gluconate tablets make you feel great and restores that nutrient.

For the fungus they've reported has been sprayed and causes a wet cough for weeks, I take garlic capsules. It kills fungus on contact.

Other great heavy metal combatants are Colloidal Silver vitamins and Bentonite clay.powder.
