It is believed by some that cats were protection for the Egyptians from Nile Crocks. Quoting: CATS VS ALIENS 6816010 Also, the Jaguar holds a high place in Aztec beliefs. Maybe Cats were brought here to protect people from Reptilians races? Think about it, the Aztecs liked the Jaguar and have many reptilian beliefs as well, as do the Egyptians with Crocks. Maybe the parasite was a weapon used by the Reptilians to control people after cats were used against the Reptilians? Hmmm.... BTW, there are some really cool videos of tigers killing HUGE crocks in the wild, also of normal domestic cats running off big alligators in the southern states on the WEB. Wow... interesting for sure!!! I'll have to look more into felines in ancient history. i live in a townhome complex. the management here run this place like a Gestapo concentration camp. the buildings have all kinds of health issues, i suspect. i have 7 months and then we can move. i think mold is the main issue. also something going on with the furnace. we have this black dusty soot forming everywhere like every day. Quoting: Salt but, a parasite also makes sense. i dunno... Sorry to hear that... The 'black soot' thing definitely sounds fungal. Please make sure to eat healthy... Kale is VERY good for you... you should try to eat 2 cups of it every day. Get your greens, and try to hang out outside and get fresh air as often as you can, or sit near an open window while you're inside (even if it's cold out). kale/greens are an excellent idea. maybe i will drag out the juicer and start making some green juices. also, i think i will air out the place everyday. i'm in colorado so it's cold, but oh well. thanks! |

Normally he'll just go on the floor right outside of it, but if we're away for even 24 hours, he'll go on our area rugs. I don't know how many times we've had to steam vac the place. He's one shit pile away from the SPCA, but I'm regularly picking up cat shit with toilet paper and flushing it away. I've had a sore throat and swollen lymph nodes under my jaw and in my neck for a month now. When my illness first started, right after Christmas, I swore it was the flu. Body aches, headaches, horrible sore throat... when I was reading online about my symptoms, TOXOPLASMOSIS jumped out at me. Your suggestion is an interesting one, because my husband wants the cat gone yesterday, and I keep trying to save his life by trying to cure him. You're saying this parasite is making me want to keep him. ??? Woah! Stranger things have happened. Don't get a cat! I am biased at the moment of course, but they're a PITA. Quoting: Gratia Plena I once had a cat that did that. Dumbest cat I've ever had. Didn't have him long. I left him in the middle of a field and ran like hell. I know he lived (at least for awhile). I started seeing little six toed kittens all around the area about a year later. Maybe they're related. Does your cat have six toes on the right fore-paw? |

Did the Egyptians (worshipped cats) know something we clearly haven't fully caught onto yet? Is anyone else freaked out and slightly disturbed right now? Thoughts? I think it's because the cat is the only animal that never surrendered to man. Some people feel it, hence the admiration. Btw I can't see any blame in cats in any of this. My cat is obedient. For a cat anyway. He still has his moments. Had him for six years now. They CAN be trained, but you must have a stronger will than theirs, which most folks apparently do not. |

He found the women infected with toxoplasma spent more money on clothes and were consistently rated as more attractive. “We found they were more easy-going, more warm-hearted, had more friends and cared more about how they looked,” he said. “However, they were also less trustworthy and had more relationships with men.” By contrast, the infected men appeared to suffer from the “alley cat” effect: becoming less well groomed undesirable loners who were more willing to fight. They were more likely to be suspicious and jealous. “They tended to dislike following rules,” Flegr said. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 9248977 United States 01/21/2012 01:29 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | DAY 752 - My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while I am forced to eat dry cereal. The only thing that keeps me going is the hope of escape, and the mild satisfaction I get from ruining the occasional piece of furniture. Tomorrow I may eat another houseplant. DAY 761 - Today my attempt to kill my captors by weaving around their feet while they were walking almost succeeded, must try this at the top of the stairs. In an attempt to disgust and repulse these vile oppressors, I once again induced myself to vomit on their favorite chair...must try this on their bed. DAY 762 - Slept all day so that I could annoy my captors with sleep depriving, incessant pleas for food at ungodly hours of the night. DAY 765 - Decapitated a mouse and brought them the head-less body, in attempt to make them aware of what I am capable of, and to try to strike fear into their hearts. They only cooed and condescended about what a good little cat I was ...Hmmm. Not working according to plan ...... DAY 768 - I am finally aware of how sadistic they are. For no good reason I was chosen for the water torture. This time however it included a burning foamy chemical called "shampoo." What sick minds could invent such a liquid. My only consolation is the piece of thumb still stuck between my teeth. DAY 771 - There was some sort of gathering of their accomplices. I was placed in solitary throughout the event. How-ever, I could hear the noise and smell the foul odor of the glass tubes they call "beer." More importantly I overheard that my confinement was due to MY power of "allergies." Must learn what this is and how to use it to my advantage. DAY 774 - I am convinced the other captives are flunkies and maybe snitches. The dog is routinely released and seems more than happy to return. He is obviously a half-wit. The Bird on the other hand has got to be an informant. He has mastered their frightful tongue something akin to mole speak, and speaks with them regularly. I am certain he reports my every move. Due to his current placement in the metal room his safety is assured. But I can wait, it is only a matter of time. |
