This couldn't have come at a worse time, since the U.S. Justice Department recently released a report accusing the Seattle Police Department of a pattern of excessive force. The video, which shows police officers shouting and making crude comments to the driver, illustrates just what is outlined in the civil rights investigation.The attorney who released the video said the behavior shown in the video backs up the Justice Department's claim that Seattle police have a habit of using
"unnecessary and excessive force."The video shows police pulling over Miguel Oregon and his passenger Hugo Perez for speeding in March 2010. What followed was a barrage of shouting, cursing, and sexual innuendo."This badge is the only thing preventing me from skull ---ing you and dragging you down the street," one officer said.

"And ask yourself if this is the face of the Seattle police that you expect to project with your tax dollars," said Oregon's attorney. "What I think these officers were doing was goading these guys into possibly taking a swing at them so they could take them down."The police later claimed Oregon failed to come to a complete stop at a stop sign where pedestrians were crossing the street, but the dashcam video clearly shows Oregon braking. No pedestrians are present in the video."I've seen the good and the bad - and this is super ugly," says Oregon's attorney, who also stated he has no plans to file civil action against the officers.The Seattle Police Department suspended three of the four officers for 15 to 20 days for profanity."
