Every era in history has bad guys. The US is no better and certainly no worse than other countries. Anyone who thinks the US is the biggest of the baddies needs to go to the library and read about Alexander the Great, Egyptian pharos, the 12 Caesars, Stalin, Hitler, Ivan IV, Idi Amin, Leopold II- all terrible men whose victims were so numerous that they could not be counted even in their own countries. Bush is by no means a favorite of mine but it's ridiculous to believe that he ranks among the men mentioned above. |
