I was laying on the couch battling with this feeling of unrest and feeling like being always on the hunt and on the run for something. Thinking about all sorts of things to do and not to do. My brain going mad but in the same time realizing that with all this always on the hunt for something new and other stuff to pursue I actually never achieve anything, no real development or happiness. So then i felt that when i stopped with wanting something else or new i instantly felt peace and happiness for the moment. Conclusion: by stopping the hunt for something new, for some change, the moment actually changed, positively. Because for a change I finally accepted the moment or/and myself for what and who I am. Something like that. Yup, sure sounds just like the general new age bullshit, but fitted in a single "powerful" phrase. Last Edited by Streamcatcher on 12/14/2011 02:16 PM |
