Grounding
I was wondering what you guys do for simple grounding methods. Anyone care to share? I imagine a white tunnel or ball of white light surrounding me from head to toe.

I usually put my elbow to my knee, then stick my finger in the outlet.

Re: Grounding
I think of home. A white trailer on top of a hill, nestled in between the big Sandia mountain and the smaller Montezuma mountain. It's beatiful and isolated. It's my happy place.
Too bad my brother took an axe to it in 2005, or I'd still be there. But I go there all the time in my mind when I am stressed or need to be grounded. One day, hopefully soon, I will get back there somehow.

I started barefooting about 10 years ago. I believe there to be a huge benefit in allowing energy (electricity) to flow through my body rather than stopping at my shoes. This and hiking in the woods a few times a week does it for me. ;-`)

So you have been walking with no shoes on for the last 10 years similar to Cody Lundin? That's pretty bad ass man.

Touch the metal on the inside of the tower case as to not shock your components.

Re: Grounding
I also enjoy walking outside barefooted. Especially in special areas. Hugging huge trees gives me energy.
