Whereas blonde(natural of course) blue eyed whites, especially Scandinavians like Swedes, Norwegians, Fins, and Danes tend to be so pale they can't tan naturally at all.
If you see a dark hair dark eyed person tanned most of the time it's just from being outside and tanning easily naturally. Whereas if you see a blonde blue eyed white with tanned skin either they dyed their hair blonde or if they're naturally blonde they use tanning sprays and/or beds.
