Thats great, I used to have my own Harley and went to the runs and was in the wet teeshirt contests, they were just like anyone else only if they wasnted to do something they did it. I would have walked in and sat down too. I love Bikers. while traveling to Denver I stopped at gas station with around 15 Hells Angels getting gas and eatting snacks, I had my grandaughter and ased if she could set on one of there bikes while I took a picture, the one guy was careful that her leg didnt touch the hot pipe and gave her some of his candy. Great guys Quoting: MONSTER they are good peeps It's funny, I grew up riding Jap bikes with all my friends and there's a kind of "divide" between Harley riders and us Jappers. I've had a few laughs with you guys before though. One time I pulled up at a bottle shop in 40 degree heat next to a big hairy guy on a Harley wearing a singlet. I was riding a ZZR1100 and wearing full armoured leathers. I pulled off my lid (it was fucking hot) and this guy laughs and say "I know you guys are into safety, but are you NUTS?". I laughed and told him that if his bike could go fast enough the breeze would cool him down and I was rugged up for the wind chill factor. He cracked up and bought me a beer. I'd rather sweat than bleed. Glad you liked the Busa. If normality is the measure of how well adjusted one is to a profoundly sick society, then i dont ever want to be normal. |

Imagine walking into a cinema crowded with bikers with only two seats left..... Reminds me of something that happened a few years ago. My wife and I had to go to downtown Dallas to pick up our son from the Greyhound bus station at 2 am on a Saturday. We pulled in, parked and I went to feed the parking meter. A homeless man walked up, pointed at the small sign that said I didn't have to pay if it was after a certain time. I thanked him and asked if he needed anything. He said a cigarette, so I gave him one. After this, a young, 20ish black gentleman nicely dressed, but wearing a blood red shirt, black pants, and blood red shoes with a matching arm band came and leaned against the wall about 10 feet from us. We nodded at each other and I positioned myself between him and my wife, and we continued our conversation. In the next few minutes, several homeless people approached me, asking for cigs. I gave each one of them one cigarette. I was smoking the last one that I had when a very large black man wearing a black sweatshirt with the hood pulled over his head asked if he could have one. I told him I was fresh out, but he could finish the one I was smoking if he really wanted. He took a step towards me and said "I want a new one, not your used shit". Before I could react to it, the 20ish blood red back dude wedged himself between me an the other guy and said "The nice person offered you his last smoke. Either take it and leave, or you will have real problems". The big guy left, the one that stood up to him walked into the bus station and came out with what looked like a two year old little girl. She kept saying "Daddy, I'm so happy to see you". He walked by us, stopped and whispered to me "yeah, we have family too, I can understand. God Bless." |

They are some of the nicest people I have ever met! They just chill in thier yards all day drinkin beer and screw around with their bikes. Gun control is like trying to reduce drunk driving by making it tougher for sober people to own cars. I'd like to go quietly in my sleep, like grandpa did.
