I had not kept up with the "Kids for Cash" trial, and only heard that the criminals were busted in the end. I still think it is the outcry of the citizens that are putting the pressure on this group of offenders that is causing people to be removed and distanced from this case because of their connections. People are tired of the lies, and little children cry. |

User ID: 5928834 United States 11/25/2011 08:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The judiciary in Pennsylvania is crooked/corrupt as stinking hell. How do you fight against a (governmental) entity that apparently is so thoroughly and profoundly corrupt? From the article: The five sitting judges have possible connections/conflicts of interest? The state court administrator assigned Cleland on Tuesday to preside over the Sandusky trial after the five sitting Centre County judges recused themselves "to avoid any appearance of conflict of interest due to real or perceived connections" with Sandusky, Penn State or The Second Mile, Sandusky's charity for at-risk youth. One judge volunteered for The Second Mile. The state Supreme Court last week assigned Senior Magisterial District Judge Robert E. Scott of Westmoreland County to handle the preliminary hearing after the Centre County magistrate who arraigned Sandusky, Leslie Dutchcot, was found to have volunteered for The Second Mile. Judged up there in Pennsylvania have been accused of consorting with mob bosses, fixed cases for allied, gave preferred hiring. The conduct board never took action on the complaints, which centered on allegations the former judges consorted with a mob boss, fixed cases for allies and stocked court offices with family and friends DSL is better than cable! :) |
