It's really simple, don't buy any shit except for locally grown organic food....I'm sure you can find locally made soap or toothpaste, locally made clothes are possible to find too but more expensive....but the quality is better so the clothes will last longer, I have kids and I won't be buying any plastic toys as all are made in third world countries by kids...oh the irony of that..

Last year was felt food that had magnets in them so she could pretend cut the potatoes, carrots etc and an apron, year before was fabric ABCs and they still play with them!
