Jesse admits to being Communists. Not only is he unexplainably upset with a court ruling filed in the wrong court, which he admits he knew, saying: "he wanted a jury and not a panel of judges to hear the case", but went further saying he would: "turn his back and put his fist in the air."

The fist in the air is a Communist gesture. He has done this court maneuver only to set a precedence. Now nobody else can sue in that court, and secondly to convince everyone watching to turn their back on the country and join OWS.

While what he says about Washington being Fascist may be true OWS is not the answer.

The only thing wrong with your analysis is that 1. it wouldn't have mattered if mccain won. the same things would have happened. and 2. there are so many things wrong with this country. The birther issue was just one of many, albeit not with a great deal of merit. How can you expect Ventura to cover every battle? There are so many battles out there.

We, who are awake, are few in number. The majority of the populace are still in sheep mode. People do not just need to boycott airplanes, because the jackboots have taken it to the highways, the train stations, the bus stations, NFL games, and high school proms.
