There are four colors to the seismograph. Each color represents fifteen minutes. The red spike simple shows at what time during the hour the the quake occurred. It is picking up the earthquake from OK that occurred this morning. Actually, the data from Yellowstone seems pretty quite today. Hope this helps. |
