Isn't it safe to say that most Christians were born into their religion and taught to follow that faith by their parents? I don't know a single person who converted to a particular religion by their own choice. All of my friends that attended Catholic church growing up, did so because their parents made them or taught them to.

I remember being in 9th grade and having to write a report on a religion, I was assigned Lutheranism. I remember completing my report and thinking to myself, wouldn't it be nice if people weren't born into religions? In a perfect world, individuals would be mature and educated before they had to decide on a particular belief system. Unfortunately that's not the case.... Glad I found spirituality the hard-way.
