I don't believe in a communist threat, but I do believe in a banking cartel world government threat. But asking for a tax on something could be coming from people who think that working class people pay tax on everything, but investment class people don't have to pay tax on a lot of parts of their earnings. But I agree that asking for an international body to receive such tax is NWO.
