Bank of America refuses to let customers close accounts

August 12, more of this BS. Stop it already! ARghhhh!

how can they refuse a customer close their account outside the doors?

and even if a customer has a negative balance, the account can still be closed, the bank will just have to move the negative balance to a collection account

it's just weird that they wouldn't let people in, something else going on there that wasn't being shown

Citibank is now taking $15 fees on debit cards, BofA $5.

That's against the law. That is when they are taking your rights away.
Just close out your accounts and if you're in the red, that's your fault.

The bank is broke that's what happens, so hard to figure out ?
