Snow Next Month for the British Isles!!!!???

Forecasters are predicting snow could be falling in parts of Europe by next month!

It is specifically talking about Britian. Sounds like the Gulf Stream is weakening or has shifted. ?
Might be able to blame it on La Nina. I know last year was pretty rough for northern Europe.
