The media will intentionally downplay the incident and intentionally try to under report the numbers. The only way to know what's really going on is to rely on independent journalists and individuals in the crowd who upload photos and videos.

This is the kind of thing that could gain momentum fast, so many people are angry at these bastards.

What I fear is that the police or some agent provocateur will instigate violence as an excuse to force the crowd away from the area, and that could result in they same type of reaction as we saw in Egypt.
