UK is batshit insane! Man arrested for killing burglars who intruded into his house, WTF?

Would still not stop me from doing the same to defend my family.

I think the gov want us to just lay down and let any scum bag come along do what they like and wait four or five hours for the police to show up.

They get angry when we take power back in to our own hands they dont like it that this man has stood up for himself in his home because the people he pays to do it for him are not doing the job properly and he like myself are unable to sack them.

if the burglar raped and killed his wife infront of him then attacked him and beat him within an inch of his life! and he still managed to stab the guy .. he would still be charged with second degree murder .

Was watching some uk motorway cops be complete wankers to a guy who was talking on his cellphone whilst driving. Disgusted at their cynical and rude manner in dealing with the situation. They treated a man who was made in the image of god, like he was worthless, I doubt they will get much mercy for it on judgement day.

Digressing, why can't you get a talk-on-cellphone endorsement on your license? Pilots have to multi-task, driving a car only uses 3 brain cells.

Dunno so much. There was a similar case a couple of months ago and the CPS said they weren't going to charge the guy because it wasn't in the public interest.

It's simple most car accidents happen when people are talking on there mobile phone, it is frowned upon here. As much as drink driving. A bus driver here was talking on a mobile and crashed into a tram. One of his passengers somehow fell out of the top of the bus, under the bus then got run over by the tram as well. The driver got done for manslaughter.

Its better if the man would have fled with his wife an kids...if a human being kills another human being they deserve to be put away...the guy probably stabbed the "suspected" burglar way more than once.

It states two recent similar incidents, the defender was released as having used reasonable force.

I agree people should be able to defend their homes and themselves. But obviously if you kill someone you would be arrested and questioned. Doesn't mean he's going to get charged or sent to prison.
