User ID: 1537532 United States 09/13/2011 10:47 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've been grinding my teeth pretty badly too, all the enamel on my teeth is being torn off by it.. I've tried mouth guards, but it holds the pressure down on my chipped teeth and once taking it out in the morning the pressure releases and I get a horrible migraine. My dentist says I need to pay $400 for a mouth splint or whatever to keep myself from grinding.. |

A deficiency can cause spasming, and seems to affect people at night. Leg cramps and teeth grinding are just two ways a magnesium deficiency manifests itself at night. See our remedy below. get right on it....you don't need calcium, you need MAGNESIUM,,,,many other problems associate with mag deficiency.....(the deficiency made worse by stress....) like headaches / pms / muscle / eye twitches....on and on, a huge amount of symptoms,,,even depression... Do you sleep on your side? I've noticed that pressing the side of my jaw into the pillow locks the joint up and so my teeth are clamped together. Try sleeping on your back, that way your jaw could be more relaxed.. |

Thus, the rest cure,,,,and people felt much better afterward........ AKA Auntie Arnie |

Sleep on your back with a neck roll pillow. Try to play relaxing sounds as you sleep...nature sounds or the like...meditative. Some of all of these combined...could help. I tried stuffing my nose with cotton to keep my mouth open. This was also so uncomfortable. I have a hypnosis CD that I've listened to a few time that is supposed to help me stop grinding. Magnesium is responsible for smooth-muscle contraction, and is also RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERY SINGLE OF THE HUNDREDS OF ENZYME REACTIONS IN THE BODY ! No mag / no enzymes. Which is why people are so sick / dizzy / sleepless / heart palpitations / constipated / pms / migraines / muscle twitches / leg bouncing you often see in children / anxiety / panic attacks / acid reflux and heartburn / on and on and on !!! Google the symptoms of magnesium deficiency and they are so numerous in every category ! I was a teeth grinder in my youth, while raising three small babies / children.........hhhmmm, wonder why..... User ID: 1547770 United States 09/13/2011 12:23 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | YOU ALL NEED MAGNESIUM,,,THE CHILDREN TOO ! The pharmaceutical industry makes a colossal amount of money on the all symptoms of MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY ! Yes, heartburn, because magnesium regulates smooth muscle function, and your swallowing "muscles" are out of whack....same with constipation.... IT'S ALL LACK OF MAGNESIUM ! You get enough calcium in your diets, but nil for magnesium, so don't take the cal / mag supplements,,,,get a good mg like my post above, Abbot Labs..... AKA Auntie Arnie |

Many stockbrokers had this problem a few years ago during the market crash. I wish you well. PS: Sensodyne toothpaste and a good quality electric toothbrush will be a big help. Been using em for 8 + years now and they really seem to work. Last Edited by Judethz on 09/13/2011 12:27 PM |
