Keep in mind that "Hemi-Sync" and "Hemi" are Types of sound, kinda like saying Country or Hip-Hop. There is also "meta" or "meta-music" The Monroe Institute pioneered the "Hemi-Sync" stuff, so it's usually the best place to look. Yes, the stuff works. How well it works is up to you and your goal/focus or discipline. As mentioned, a LOT of it is psychological. It IS fact that frequencies effect us, but which ones, how much and how long? And they do what? The jury is still out. SO, I'm hesitant to believe some youtube woowoo poster and their 'iso-cronic' or 'solfeggio' tones and claims. Do they work? I don't know. They may. Monroe Institute has quite a bit of research and a methodological approach to what they do. That lends a little credence to their claims. Give'em a shot and make your own determination. Personally, I use the "Third Eye Meditation" and "Ascension" series. Pretty much every day. |
