Brain-sync/Hemi-sync/iDoser/Binural Beats - Anyone have expereince with these?
I have a ton of these mp3/flacc files. So far I've only done a few, specifically the lucid dreaming part 1 of four. I find it really relaxing with the sound of rainfall the voice puts you out. I haven't really been able to stay awake past a count of 20. I have at least 500 or more. Curious on what one works well for you?

There's a ton on youtube but it seems like the quality of the hemi-sync products are far superior.

hard to find time to sit down relax and listen to many of them. being stimulated from adderall 50% of the time doesnt help either.

tried most of the idoser ones... they definatly give an effect, but not strong enough to bother with, might be all in your head too...

nothing like the real thing...

they work for inducing a meditative state, and the science is valid, but don't expect out of body experiences or lucid dreams or other paranormal phenomenon... i've been using them for almost a decade and mostly it just helps with meditating and falling asleep

Hi.

Keep in mind that "Hemi-Sync" and "Hemi" are Types of sound, kinda like saying Country or Hip-Hop. There is also "meta" or "meta-music"

The Monroe Institute pioneered the "Hemi-Sync" stuff, so it's usually the best place to look.

Yes, the stuff works. How well it works is up to you and your goal/focus or discipline. As mentioned, a LOT of it is psychological.

It IS fact that frequencies effect us, but which ones, how much and how long? And they do what? The jury is still out.

SO, I'm hesitant to believe some youtube woowoo poster and their 'iso-cronic' or 'solfeggio' tones and claims. Do they work? I don't know. They may.

Monroe Institute has quite a bit of research and a methodological approach to what they do. That lends a little credence to their claims.

Give'em a shot and make your own determination.

Personally, I use the "Third Eye Meditation" and "Ascension" series. Pretty much every day.
