well, i guess you have been watching it about one day maybe? this is how radar works. Haarp cannot work this way, as to heating the IONOSPHERE and there is no such thing as Haarp rings. I am kinda glad the guy spouting that one got dished on you tube. He is spreading untrue bling.

radar has changed over the years as to how it is picked up and how computers display it. PLease get over this.

possibly the solar flares have a bit to do with this at this time.
