**** My Kundalini experiences. Please share your experiences and/or advice. ****
I am hesitant to share this information because it is very personal and intimate to me, but I feel that if I don't reach out then I will be doing an injustice to both myself and others when it comes to learning more.

I have been Meditating very earnestly and frequently for the last year (up to 3.5 hours a day) and it has created some very interesting and exciting changes in my life. The least of which being an invaluable introspective analyzation of my self and the most of which being an awakening of my Kundalini energy.

The energy started stirring slowly a while back and was first noticeable during meditation as nothing more than a slight pressure/movement at the base of my spine, just above my tailbone. Over a few weeks it turned into a very prominent pulling/bubbling feeling.

Then, one night while laying in bed after meditation, I felt a very strong, warm, tingling sensation in my lower abdomen. It was just above my thighs, but no higher than my naval. This tingling then moved to my genitals and became a full blown orgasm that lasted for several hours and came in waves. It was not sexual and I did not have the normal "release" as some would call it. But it felt more intense and spiritually satisfying than normal sex. I eventually distracted my body enough to fall asleep and awoke at my normal time to a bed completely drenched in sweat. Like a bucket of water had been thrown on me. The sensations of sensitivity stayed with me all the next day and only returned to a full orgasm during my mid-day meditation.

This continued as a normal process for a few days until I gave in completely to it while laying in bed again. I usually let the process run, as anyone would , for a few hours and then forced myself to sleep. But, on this particular night, I just did nothing. The orgasms lasted for hours and then a new sensation started. It was a warm wriggling feeling that moved from my testicles, through my scrotum, and into the base of my spine. (Sorry for the blunt anatomy speech).

The energy eventually nestled into my lower spine and remained in place, spinning. But the moment I put my attention to it, the energy exploded like a super nova throughout my entire body and moved me into a full body orgasm that lasted for a time period I can't place. It came in waves for what felt like an eternity.

This has been the common occurrence for me during meditation and sleep now. I sleep far less and seem to have more energy.

I am still in the "process" of Kundalini, as some would call it, but it has been far more enjoyable than some stories I have heard. It has also been like nothing I expected. The only discomfort I get is the occasional pressure/burning sensation that I suspect is the Kundalini moving through blockages.

Obviously this was very personal, but I would really like to share it in hopes that someone will share their experiences and/or advice.

Thanks in advance.

Tyler

Sexuality is so intwined with spirituality. Having sexual hang ups can cause people to miss some subtle and beautiful messages from God.

bump Bump for anyone going through the Kundalini rising. I would love to hear from you. Perhaps get advice on how to balance a work/home life with the new found changes. I sleep so little now. Perhaps I should just give in and spend that time painting or something.

Also, the more I have moved through this, the more I have "revelations" that occur to me. I have started to understand the significance of the serpent on the Egyptians headdresses. I am also started to feel very uneasy about Christianity's fear of the serpent.

For those wondering, Kundalini feels like a snake and is called the "Serpent Energy". It seems some groups try to keep people from experiencing it.

I can understand the association. My experience has opened up a different belief towards the depiction of a serpent. It actually coils and moves in the spine like one. It also feels "alive".

Inspiring! Thank you for sharing, I feel like I've learned a lot from your post and this motivates me to continue my meditations.

I have been in a period of transformation of my life, body, and habits that were holding me back over the past month and a half or so. (Pluto transiting my 6th ;-) )

I look forward to my own kundalini experiences! Since I have moved from the US, I have finally learned to stop wasting my sexual energy with frivolous masturbation.

This is really the only time in my life I have done this, and it has been over a month now, and I am proud of myself. Really learned to control and understand how my lower, sexual impulses were really just old conditioning...but they were very strong patterns.

I am learning to use this energy wisely now, and save it for truly loving experiences only. Letting my kundalini accumulate and begin to rise from the base as I continue to clear, open, and balance all my chakras.

I thank you for sharing, Scrodiddles. Your post has inspired me in ways you may not know now, but I really appreciate!

This post alone made the embarrassment of sharing my story worth it! I am so glad it has helped you.

The saving of your "vital fluid" is really important. You don't need to be celibate, in my experience at least, but saving your semen for a few days really helps conduct the Kundalini through your "channels" down below and move it into the spine. Once it is there, it has a mind of it's own.

Good luck to you. It will happen for sure if you intend for it to. There is no secret diet, yoga position or mantra. It will occur while you are driving to the store if the time is right!

My experience was very different. I had been meditating off and on for a few months, nothing more than 20 minutes a day.

One night however as I tried to go to sleep I become somewhat introspective. As I lay on my stomach and listened to the silence and thought silence I began to hear a beat.

Similar to a binural beat but it was dark and heavy. As I continued to listen to the beat I couldn't help but enjoy it and move my body slightly in conjunction with it.

Suddenly, with no warning I felt what can only be described as a snake unraveling itself in my pelvis and it began to slither slowly up my spine.

IT FELT JUST LIKE A SNAKE! I could feel it's muscles rippling as it slithered up my spine and at this point the beat was HEAVY and LOUD. Then it reached my head and rapped itself comfortably around my brain.

Ever since, hitting the meditation state is almost instantaneous. Other than that I don't notice any differences in myself.

I knew nothing about kundalini and was only trying out meditation to reduce my stresses at school and work...Never did I expect so much out of meditation.

I think that is the Secret, don't try JUST BE.

BTW the fact that it felt like a living breathing snake freaked me out more than anything...I'd felt orgasmic energy coursing and exploding through my body before.

However to feel something so realistic and have it happen at random was very strange.

You must have already prepared your nervous system for the energy then. If it hasn't effected you much then you were truly ready. For some people it can cause a stroke and kill them. But, yes, it is JUST like a snake. It is amazing. Thank you for sharing.

To keep the experience from getting out of hand make sure to check your sacrum for tenderness...if you are doing a lot of meditation or kundalini yoga it is always a good idea to check that area each time you complete a process.

Tenderness that is not the result of a fall or other harm should be taken seriously. If the sacrum is tender to the touch use the locks and breaths during meditation...lock up step by step as you inhale deep hold it, then visualize the breath as a circuit. As you release the breath, release it back INTO the body, reverse the locking process and release them in order top to bottom with the breath. the breath should be visualized as internal circulation.

This will help ease the fire of the Kundalini and keep the process in balance.

Regardless of what some may say, think long and hard prior to opening this space, do so carefully and tenderly and with respect.

OK, Scrodiddles, I wish mine were like yours. I had one that was exactly like your intense one, but it involved (I hate saying this, because people have too much baggage associated with it) - it involved ET.

I have had a few kundalini awakenings, but there were lightning fast and extremely charged. I would be either in a light, light sleep, or in meditation, and it would jolt through me like a shock. Take my breath away. The experiences were empty of 'ecstasy', but were massively charged with direct energy. Could feel it, shooting from the tail bone out through the top of my head.

Now, the one with ET was absolutely amazing. It is like the one you described...so intense and unbelievable feeling that you have absolutely no reference to time. It wraps around your lower torso and just pulses with the most amazing feeling ever, and climbs and writhes so extremely smooth it wipes all thoughts of everything from your mind except wanting to feel the feeling you are experiencing. The feeling was so extreme, that it actually felt like light in my memory of the experience.

You should immediately reject this "energy". The objective of all occult religions is to get the believer to enter in contact with a spirit guide, or a demon.

When you lose control over your mind through meditation, you open a spiritual door to demonic forces to enslave you. If you keep in this direction, soon enough this "force" will start talking in your head and then you became a slave.

Ask God for forgiveness for your curiosity about the occult, reject in the name of Jesus Christ what you have done and tell the "feeling" to go away in Jesus' name when it appears. Read the Gospel of John and seek salvation through Jesus, who died in the cross for your sins.

Do this while you are just taking baby steps into the occult. Wait and you will have a much harder fight ahead.

All the best.
