More importantly how would commercial law notify? But the answer in my opinion is that USPS and the post office of these united states are two different corperate entities. As in your local constitutionally mandated branch United States Post Office shares a building with the other corperation known as USPS. Still fleshing this out but seems to be the case as USPS cant sell you a money order but the United States Post Office can. IDK the implications for bankrupcy of the corperate entity. You might be picking up your own mail at the United States Post office. IDK. |
