Michio Kaku said over 200,000 people in the USA
would have been poisoned by the Plutonium.
Plutonium-238 has a half-life of 88 years.
Cassini had about 72 pounds of Plutonium-238.

Michio Kaku said NASA only had to wait two years, and could have powered Cassini with solar power.
